Challenge

Relivion approached our team, with the challenge of creating a secure and efficient online portal to book their device and an appointment with the Relivion expert. The project involved multiple stages of Prequalification Form,Terms and Conditions, Payment Processing, Intake Form, Scheduling and Confirmation.

Solution

 

Our team at TechnoWIS leveraged WordPress to build a user-friendly and HIPAA-compliant online booking portal. The integration with jotform to build a form and zapier to automate process between jotform, MS Dynamics and Email provider, Authorize.net and Microsoft Teams ensured a seamless and secure experience for patients.

The portal was designed with a focus on simplicity, considering the specific needs of migraine patients who prefer a quick and easy process.

Additionally, we connected the entire system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth data flow and interaction, most likely through Zapier.
